A. House rules for every offer
These rules apply to all bonuses, free spin offers and promotions we run, including the daily free prize game and Wolinak Rewards. Each offer also carries its own specific details, which apply together with these rules. Wagering never applies to your real-money deposits.
B. Opting in
No offer is forced on you. You claim it yourself, through the offer button or by meeting its trigger, such as a qualifying deposit. Rather play with cash only? Skip the offer and play on.
C. Expiry
Every offer has an expiry. Welcome free spins run out 24 hours after being credited to your account. For other offers, the deadline appears in the offer details. Once the deadline passes, any unused spins or bonus funds are lost.
D. Who can take part
To join in, you need an open, verified account. You must be 19 or over, in Canada, and somewhere local law allows play. One account per person, one claim per offer. Self-excluded or on a time-out? Offers stay closed to you.
Ontario rules prohibit advertising incentives publicly, so players in Ontario see offers only after logging in.
E. Wagering and game weighting
Some offers carry wagering: you bet the bonus a set number of times before bonus money turns into cash. Our standard requirement is 50x the bonus amount. Games count like this:
- Slots: count toward wagering, apart from about 50 excluded titles named in the offer details.
- Table games: count at 8%.
- Other game types: count only as stated in each offer's details.
No wagering requirement applies to the welcome free spins.
F. Bonus abuse
Offers are for fun, not for gaming the system. We void bonuses and the winnings linked to them when we find:
- several accounts used by one person to claim the same offer;
- low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering without genuine play;
- bets over the stake cap or play on excluded games;
- any breach of our Account Terms.
Your own deposited money stays yours. Voiding touches only the bonus and what it won.
G. Conversion caps
Winnings from welcome free spins carry no conversion cap and are paid as cash. If another offer limits how much bonus play may convert to cash, that cap is listed in its details so you see it before you claim.

I. Stake cap during bonus play
Every offer with wagering sets a top bet size, shown in its details. Bet over that cap and the bonus, plus anything it has won, may be voided. Welcome free spins have a fixed value per spin, so they carry no stake cap.

K. Changes
